1753 Albariño
Grape variety: 100% Albariño
Albariño is a white grape variety native to northwestern Spain and northern Portugal. Planted in 2018, it quickly acclimated to our warm climate.
Vinification: Traditionally vinified by direct pressing. Carefully protected from the cold.
Tasting: We find in the bottle a white wine with a silver color. The aromatic is frank and precise; lemon zest, touches of yellow plum and subtle notes of nuts. The palate is chiseled, lively, energetic.
It is a real breath of fresh air that will accompany the entire tasting.
Ageing: Pleasant to drink as soon as it is bottled.
Accompaniment: A wine to be enjoyed on a seafood platter seasoned with a ray of sunshine. Camargue oysters will suit him perfectly. To go further, the albariño goes well with a cod gravlax with citrus fruits and yuzu.
