Cépage : 100 % syrah

Vinification: Rapid pressing of our Syrah, meticulous and constant protection against oxygen throughout its stay in the cellar.

Ageing: Pleasant to drink as soon as it is bottled.

Tasting: This rosé dressed in purple reflections, is characterized by an expressive nose. We find bright red fruit, but also, and this is what makes it special, light notes of confectionery; a veil of honey and marshmallow. It is a fruity rosé, which gently evokes childhood, a gourmand rose.

Accompaniment: This rosé by its aromatic, its freshness, and its sweetness will accompany you from the aperitif to the dessert. It will go just as well with a summer salad, with beautiful prawns a la plancha or even with a freshness of red fruits with elderberry and its bed of vanilla cream.
